Team Management & Culture Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier engineering and technical talent. Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and inclusive engineering culture. Establish clear objectives and KPIs for technology teams. Product & Engineering Execution Lead the development, deployment, and scaling of our technology platforms. Oversee software architecture, infrastructure, DevOps, and QA practices. Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of technology initiatives. Security, Compliance & Risk Management Ensure systems and data are secure, compliant, and resilient. Oversee risk assessment and disaster recovery planning. Stay current with industry regulations and best practices. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with product, marketing, operations, and customer support teams. Translate business needs into technical solutions. Bridge communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications Proven experience as Senior Manager, Director, VP of Engineering, or similar leadership role. 10+ years in software engineering, systems architecture, or IT leadership. Deep understanding of scalable architecture, cloud platforms, and software development life cycle (SDLC). Track record of building and managing high-performing tech teams. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance. Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Agile/Lean methodologies and DevOps practices. Major in Northstar architecture Experience in Fintech, Banking and Automotive industries. Start-up or high-growth environment experience.
