Who Are We Looking For? As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will hold a foundational position within our teams. This is a career defining role in a fast-growing environment. You will be instrumental in generating revenue, shaping our sales motion, and bringing Mobiz’s Services to the world's best companies. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire sales process for enterprise accounts, covering lead generation and qualification through to negotiation, closing, and renewals. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Generate a pipeline from existing and new customer accounts via value-driven outbound prospecting (incl. cold calls, emails, conferences). Develop a strategy to break into and close key strategic logos. Drive complex solution sales, consistently closing large, high-value deals, targeting six or seven-figure contracts. Build comprehensive proposals and ROI cases that clearly articulate Clarity's transformative value proposition. Lead negotiations, addressing objections, and navigate contracts and agreements quickly and effectively, working closely with legal and finance stakeholders. Forecast and accurately report on pipeline and revenue. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in information technology Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a top-performing Enterprise Account Executive in a quota-carrying role with a strong and consistent track record of exceeding targets. (7+ years of experience in strategic or enterprise sales is typically sought for Strategic Accounts.) Demonstrable experience in managing complex solution sales cycles and consistently closing large deals. Experience closing six to seven-figure deals is preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365) and CSP licensing models. Certifications in Microsoft Azure or Microsoft 365 are a bonus. (Preferred) Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve sales goals. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Logical and analytical work approach. Strong business acumen and the ability to speak the language of the CxO. Consistent performance meeting pipeline generation targets for net new business. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
