This hands-on, site-based role works directly alongside Superintendents, Project Managers, and field leadership on complex industrial projects involving structural steel, mechanical, piping, and heavy industrial construction work.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The Field Engineer will assist with daily project execution, site coordination, schedule tracking, field reporting, quality control, safety initiatives, and overall construction operations from mobilization through project completion. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to develop into future construction leaders while gaining practical field experience in fast-paced industrial environments.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of construction-related experience along with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to thrive in demanding project environments where teamwork, accountability, and problem-solving are essential.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>At JGM, safety, continuous improvement, and a “whatever it takes” mindset are at the core of everything we do. Salary is determined by experience level at time of hire.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Field Engineer I (2–3 Years Experience): $70,000 – $85,000</li>\n<li>Field Engineer II (3–5 Years Experience): $85,000 – $100,000</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Annual merit reviews are conducted for all salaried positions.
