Experience with CI/CD, third-party integrations, and AI tools is a plus. Position Details Position: Technical Lead- Duck Creek Policy (.NET) Hiring location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Bhubaneswar Work mode: Hybrid, 3-day work from office Experience: 6 to 10 years Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend solutions using C# and .NET frameworks. Build and configure Duck Creek Policy Admin System components, including Example Author, CBO Express, and Skins. Debug and resolve issues across Duck Creek modules (Rating, Forms, Business Rules). Develop and optimise SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures. Integrate Duck Creek with third-party services (e.g., ISO, Pitney Bowes, D&B). Ensure strong versioning, configuration, and manuscript management. Participate in solution architecture, technical design, and code reviews. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (front-end, QA, business analysts). Prepare solution documentation and support production incident resolution. Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in backend and insurance systems. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related engineering/STEM field (or equivalent experience). 6–10 years of professional experience in backend development and the Duck Creek Policy Admin System.
