          "text": "<p>The ISTAR Electronic Warfare (EW) team is seeking a Systems Engineering Analyst to support delivery of critical capabilities for the Canadian Army.&#xa0; You will be working with a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver Intelligence, Reconnaissance, Target Acquisition and Surveillance capabilities into a fully integrated tactical network, capable of providing flexible, multi-role and combat-capable communications, command and control. Specifically, the EW team is defining and building solutions to integrate EW sensor information into&#xa0; networks capable of supporting intelligence processing for command and control. You will be part of an agile development team, responsible for designing, integrating and validating solutions in accordance with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Elicit requirements from end users and document in requirement management tools</li><li>Coordinate system engineering activities with specialty engineering teams such as Safety, Security, HFE/UX</li><li>Perform architecture and/or design activities to decompose user requirements to technical solutions</li><li>Produce standard architecture/design artifacts such as operational or system views using DNDAF, use cases, system interfaces, trade studies, etc</li><li>Perform reviews of technical documentation</li><li>Support resolution of system defects</li><li>Support development, verification and validation activities as required</li><li>Provide coaching and mentorship to team members</li></ul>",

          "text": "<ul><li>Minimum 5 years relevant experience</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent</li><li>Knowledge of system engineering fundamentals</li><li>Knowledge of Agile requirement management fundamentals</li><li>Knowledge of verification and validation test fundamentals</li><li>Experience with Linux/routing/network design/cisco</li><li>Knowledge of Apache NiFi is an asset</li><li>Knowledge and use of requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS)</li><li>Knowledge and use of problem reporting tools (e.g. ClearQuest)</li><li>Problem solving and root cause analysis skills</li><li>Time management skills to meet schedule and budget targets</li><li>Ability to understand complex technical systems</li><li>Experience working with or familiarity with AI/ML models is preferred&#xa0;</li></ul><p>It is a requirement that General Dynamics Mission Systems-Canada be registered with the Canadian Controlled Goods program and that all of its workforce be security assessed.
