High school education preferred.</p><p>2. Basic knowledge of electrical tools.</p><p>3. Ability to work with guest in all areas with a positive approach.</p><p>4. Ability to concentrate on detail and follow-up work while maintaining a high standard of guest satisfaction.</p><p>5. Ability to work as a team.</p><p><strong>Purpose:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>To complete tasks in maintenance and servicing of rental boats. Orients boat renters in the operation of boat &amp; equipment. Launches and moors boats. Assist with basic marina operations.</p><p><strong>Major Duties:</strong></p><p>1. All necessary maintenance and sanitation tasks for the upkeep of the rental boats and marina to meet total guest satisfaction.</p><p>2. Knowledge of operating power tools.</p><p>3. Basic electrical, plumbing and carpentry tasks.</p><p>4. Install wood or metal parts. Install glass or removes broken glass. Repairs roofs and siding. Refurbish boats in winter (painting, sanding, etc.)</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>5. Be able to operate all types of resort boats.</p><p>6. Overall marina housekeeping.</p><p>7. Knowledge of water systems; sewer, fresh water.</p><p>8. Know where shut-off valves are for electrical, water, etc. And how to operate.</p><p>9. Basic water safety knowledge must be practiced.</p><p>10. Greet all customers as they enter your work area. Offer assistance immediately. Thank all customers as they leave work area.</p><p>11. Always operate with an emphasis on guest hospitality.</p><p>12. Use &ldquo;clean as you go&rdquo; method when performing your work duties.</p><p>13. Operate equipment with energy conservation in mind.</p><p>14. Adhere to safety policies.</p><p>15. Be present at all departmental and resort training meetings.</p><p>16. Maintain a cooperative, team-like attitude in working with supervisors and fellow employees (both within the department and in other resort departments).</p><p>17. Maintain a positive attitude toward the resort and the job being performed.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>General:</strong></p><p>1. Be aware of daily activities and events at the resort.</p><p>2. Be knowledgeable of all resort operations.</p><p>3.
