    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview</span></p>\n<p>Greenlife Gardens is seeking an experienced Landscape Install Foreman to lead installation crews and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Greenlife Gardens’ quality standards. This role is hands-on and leadership-driven, responsible for managing people, production, and jobsite execution from start to finish.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is a strong crew leader who understands landscape installation, can read plans, manage labor hours, and communicate effectively with both team members and management.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and manage a landscape installation crew on residential and commercial projects</li>\n<li>Execute landscape installations including hardscape, softscape, grading, drainage, and related scope</li>\n<li>Review project plans, specifications, and schedules prior to job start</li>\n<li>Ensure jobs are completed on time, within budgeted hours, and to quality standards</li>\n<li>Track labor hours and materials usage and report daily production</li>\n<li>Communicate job progress, issues, and change needs to management</li>\n<li>Train, coach, and develop crew members</li>\n<li>Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite</li>\n<li>Operate equipment and tools as needed</li>\n<li>Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are properly used and maintained</li>\n<li>Coordinate with other departments as required to support project success</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 or more years of landscape installation experience, with leadership experience preferred</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of landscape installation processes and best practices</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and details</li>\n<li>Proven ability to lead crews and manage jobsite productivity</li>\n<li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license and clean driving record</li>\n<li>Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions</li>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with hardscape installation</li>\n<li>Experience running multiple projects or complex installs</li>\n<li>Prior foreman or crew lead experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation and Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive pay based on experience</li>\n<li>Bonus potential based on performance</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span>Health</span><span>/Dental/Vision</span><span> insurance options</span></span></li>\n<li>401(k) with company match</li>\n<li>Paid time off and paid holidays</li>\n<li>Advancement opportunities within a growing organization</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Greenlife Gardens</span></p>\n<p>Greenlife Gardens is committed to quality work, team development, and long-term growth.
