We are currently seeking a <strong>Manufacturing Lab Associate II (Production Chemist)</strong> for a full-time, onsite position in San Diego, CA.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>What You Will Do:</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Fabricate select nanoComposix catalog and semi-custom products with high reproducibility&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manufacture products following synthesis SOP&rsquo;s</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">With manager input, prioritize synthesis tasks to minimize back-orders and communicate status of production to team members and management</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Meticulously document production into electronic notebooks and forms associated with NCX quality system</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Discuss and analyze work with co-workers and managers to ensure adherence to NCX standard product SOPs and production of quality products</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Schedule routine maintenance and calibration of select analytical equipment</li><li>Promote quality awareness and continuous improvement by actively participating in the quality processes within the company and the Quality Management System</li><li>Contribute to the team through pursuit of common goals, clear communication, inspiring teamwork, and working effectively with others</li><li>Contribute to process improvement by identifying inefficiencies in current process</li><li>Work with manager and co-workers to complete additional assigned tasks as needed</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Who You Are &amp; What You Bring</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Education / Background</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Associate&rsquo;s Degree or Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Chemistry or life sciences</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Experience</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">1+ year of laboratory experience</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Advanced laboratory skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to lift and carry up to 20lbs</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work in both office and laboratory settings, and with chemicals and compressed gases</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Mission and Values</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">We have an incredibly talented group of intelligent, down-to-earth individuals who are committed to developing and manufacturing only the highest quality products.
