Utilizes forklift to slot and move products as necessary. Backs up other Quality Control Specialists.</p><p><strong>Essential Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To</strong></p><ul><li>Inspects and audits all incoming produce and slotted produce items</li><li>Verifies packaging, labeling, lot coding of all produce/ food items received.</li><li>Validates pre-shipment review.</li><li>Perform daily ATP swabs to verify sanitation</li><li>Understands and follows material hold release program</li><li>Effectively uses Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS for inter-department communication.</li><li>Follows GMP’s at all times</li><li>Team Member of the Safety Team</li></ul>",
