Plans, directs, and manages the member\nservices activities of the branch with oversight of a full range of products\nand services to members and prospective members through needs based selling.\nHolds direct responsibility as a leader/coach to achieve branch sales,\nbusiness, financial and marketing goals, and to improve the share of market for\nthe branch area. Implements and monitors sales and service quality\nplans. Proactive\nin maintaining member satisfaction through branch employee knowledge levels,\ncourtesy, appearance, responsiveness, accuracy, and communications.
