You will collaborate with product development and product managers to help release new functionality, incrementally, to our clients. Our teams design, implement, and operate solutions that help clients manage data, automate processes, and scale their businesses with confidence.</p><p></p><p>You will work with industry experts, modern platforms, and evolving technologies, gaining exposure to real-world operational challenges and large-scale enterprise environments.</p><p></p><p><b><u>How You Will Make an Impact  </u></b></p><ul><li>Play a major role to improve quality, functionality, reliability and usability of software products through automation and Agile methodologies.</li><li>Analyze business requirements to develop complex and execute comprehensive test plan with systematic QA methodology including Performance, Security testing.</li><li>Proactively participate in continuous improvement of testing process and procedures by analyzing reported bugs and assessing test coverage around these areas.</li><li>Evaluate quality risks to our clients for product changes and propose test strategy to address risks.</li><li>Autonomously writes complex automation at multiple levels of testing pyramid.</li><li>Introduces new tools, frameworks, or processes to automation for their team.</li><li>Reviews all automation testing code for other QA/DEV.</li><li>Lead and train newer QA/DEV team members on how to write automation.</li><li>Sets sprint and release level quality goals for team.
