          "text": "<p>We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our thriving Recruitment Team, which is currently increasing in line with the Talent Strategy, continued success of the team and business.</p><p>The chosen candidate will work under the Recruitment Manager, US in the sourcing, finding and hiring of talented individuals to join our ever-growing business.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Be fully involved in the recruitment lifecycle by sourcing talent via a variety of communication methods and platforms we use.</li><li>To collaborate with Operations and HR to surface patterns in candidate drop-off and early attrition to support long-term retention goals.</li><li>Take full ownership of assigned requisitions from sourcing through offer stage.</li><li>Setting up and attending recruitment meetings and interviews.</li><li>Maintain consistent and timely follow-up with all active candidates throughout the recruitment process, including managing no-shows, rescheduling, and re-engagement.</li><li>Meet daily outreach, screening, and pipeline activity targets as defined by the Recruitment Manager.</li><li>Proactively identify pipeline bottlenecks and adapt approach independently without waiting for direction.</li><li>Updating all internal systems to ensure accuracy in recruitment data.</li><li>Advertising of available positions via all pre-defined mediums.</li><li>Liaise with external agencies and partners and collaborative initiatives.</li><li>Drive innovative talent attraction and selection strategies to support organizational hiring goals.</li><li>Demonstrate accountability and commitment to completing responsibilities both during and outside of standard working hours.</li><li>Champion the 'Human Element' within Evolution.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
