You will work hands on with Food and Beverage personnel to ensure highest quality of operational execution within established concept. This is a fast-paced environment that requires exceptional interpersonal skills, as well as someone who is able to leade and motivate a team. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Where You’ll Make an Impact</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversees Food and Beverage service and ensures guest satisfaction with orders delivered in a timely manner. </li>\n <li>Assists in retaining and motivating employees. Provides high quality service and product to guests while adhering to budget constraints by managing the beverage operations in accordance with company policies and procedures. </li>\n <li>Monitor and control the maintenance/sanitation of the outlets and equipment to protect assets, comply with regulations and ensure quality service. </li>\n <li>Must schedule hourly team members. Ensures compliance with all regulatory controls and the State Gaming Agency. </li>\n <li>Knowledge of safety procedures to ensure employee and guest safety. Maintains company operating standards</li>\n <li>Demonstrates professionalism that reflects our brand and company values. Ability to extend complimentaries in accordance with the property comp matrix. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Skills You'll Need to Succeed</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. </li>\n <li>Must be RAMP and Serv-Safe certified. Three (3) full years of employment in related position.</li>\n <li>Requires thorough knowledge of restaurant/bar practices and procedures. Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data, and basic arithmetic functions. </li>\n <li>Must have full working knowledge of POS. </li>\n <li>Must be able to qualify for and maintain licensure as required by the State Gaming Agency. </li>\n <li>Must have knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program. </li>\n <li>Required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
