Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What we expect… (Essential Functions)</strong></p>\n<p>· Enforce the use of safety equipment/clothing as required by OSHA, company safety regulations, and customer requirements.</p>\n<p>· Reinforce that team members on the project site are in compliance with the safety requirements of NexGen.</p>\n<p>· Ensure that appropriate safety records are maintained.</p>\n<p>· Ensure that work areas are maintained in a neat, safe and orderly fashion.</p>\n<p>· Investigate cause of an incident and complete reports as required.</p>\n<p>· Assist Site Manager in administrative counseling to team members and trade partners who are in non-compliance with safety requirements.</p>\n<p>· Hold safety meetings/jobsite review as part of coordination meetings.</p>\n<p>· Responsible for conducting daily safety meetings.</p>\n<p>· Responsible for conducting orientation and jobsite specific training.</p>\n<p>· Responsible for the communication, implementation and enforcement of NexGen’s safety program on site.</p>\n<p>· Other duties may be assigned.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands & Work Environment</strong></p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. They are regularly required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs, and occasionally lift or move up to 100 lbs. Specific vision abilities include accurate near and distant vision.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>While performing the duties of this job, the team member is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and outside weather conditions. The team member is occasionally exposed to high precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, extreme cold and/or heat, risk of electrical shock, explosives, and vibration. The noise level is generally moderate to loud. Appropriate protective measures will be provided.
