Great job opportunity for entry-level.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Patient Care Representative Duties and Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner</span></li>\n<li><span>Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient questions, providing information about services, pricing, and scheduling</span></li>\n<li><span>Schedule patient check-in times for all locations</span></li>\n<li><span>Verify patient insurance data and collect payments when necessary</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry</span></li>\n<li><span>Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and other healthcare professionals</span></li>\n<li><span>Provide support to clinical staff as needed</span></li>\n<li><span>Triage patients</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes, including providing necessary paperwork and ensuring accurate billing information</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including patient waiting areas and exam rooms</span></li>\n<li><span>Adhere to all HIPAA and patient privacy regulations</span></li>\n<li><span>Participate in training and continuing education to stay up-to-date on healthcare industry developments and best practices</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Patient Care Representative Requirements:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>High School Diploma or Equivalent</span></li>\n<li><span>Pass periodic testing triaging patients (ex. taking blood pressure)</span></li>\n<li><span>Possess a strong desire to help others</span></li>\n<li><span>Compassionate and sensitive to patients' needs and concerns</span></li>\n<li><span>BLS certified within 90 days of employment</span></li>\n<li><span>Bilingual in Spanish and English a PLUS*</span></li>\n<li>Open and flexible availability <em><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">(with a minimum of 20-30 hours per week)</span></em></li>\n<li><span>Ability to commute between two of our five clinics (*if necessary.
