The licensed clinician will provide therapy using <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">evidence-based treatments</span> for adults, children, and families, developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team.</p>\n<p>You will work in a primary care, clinic-based environment — with no after-hours on call, weekends, or major holiday shifts — allowing you to focus on what truly matters: providing quality care and achieving work-life balance.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Graduate degree</span> (master's or doctorate) from a <br>counseling program approved by COAMFTE, CACREP, or CORE; a program at an institution of higher learning accredited by a regional accrediting agency; or a foreign program that has been evaluated by a credentialing body recognized by the Board.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Current and active <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Oregon licensure</span> as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist</li>\n<li>Demonstrated skill in providing behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning</li>\n<li>Commitment to compassionate, culturally responsive care</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Accepted Licenses:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)</li>\n<li>Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)</li>\n<li>Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)</li>\n<li>Psychologist</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SCHEDULE:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Choice of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">4 x 10-hour shifts</span> or <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">5 x 8-hour shifts</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Days only, Monday through Friday</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">No weekends or on-call requirements</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">COMMUNITY:</span></p>\n<p>Located in beautiful <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Douglas County, Oregon</span>, Roseburg offers an unmatched quality of life.
