    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p><br></p><h1><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">JOB TITLE: </span></strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&nbsp;<strong>YARD TECHNICIAN</strong> &nbsp;</span>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</h1><p><strong>INTRODUCTION:</strong></p><p>Are you looking for an entry level role into the rental industry? &nbsp; If you have a high level of hustle and push to exceed&hellip;we want you! &nbsp;In return for your hard work, we offer competitive wages and a full range of Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, as well as Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance. &nbsp;The Company also offers 401(k) options with matching under policy guidelines. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>PRIMARY FUNCTION:</strong></p><p>The Yard Technician position supports the branch in all yard maintenance, upkeep, and repair needs. &nbsp;This position ensures that all rental equipment is ready for rent in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner. &nbsp;This role provides a great opportunity to learn and grow within our service department and beyond.</p><p><strong>PRIMARY DUTIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare equipment for rent as well as preparing loads for delivery with secure tie downs&nbsp;</li><li>Load and unload trucks, working with management to maintain an accurate inventory</li><li>Act as a liaison between the departments of the branch, to ensure expectations are met and exceeded in terms of the branch yard</li><li>Maintain professional and ethical business relationships with all customers and co-workers following the established company policies and procedures</li><li>Maintain upkeep of branch yard utilizing tools and equipment provided</li><li>Maintain upkeep of branch yard, cleaning and organizing tools and equipment in a safe and proper manner</li><li>Maintain upkeep of the forklift, pallet jack, and pressure washer ensuring they are always in good working order</li><li>Performs minor maintenance or cleaning of tools and equipment, reporting any higher-level maintenance needs</li><li>Records and reports any physical damage to equipment received&nbsp;</li><li>Performs other tasks and duties as assigned by Management</li></ul><p><strong>EDUCATION &amp; SKILLS REQUIRED:</strong></p><ul><li>Preferably, have a high School degree or equivalent&nbsp;</li><li>Preferably, at least one year of forklift experience&nbsp;</li><li>Must have ability to maintain safe, organized and clean working environment</li><li>Must be able to multi-task and work on many different projects at one time</li><li>Must be able to work independently, and in a team environment, to prioritize and accomplish assigned projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to stand, sit, and kneel for long periods of time in all weather conditions</li><li>Must be able to frequently lift 50+ lbs.</li></ul><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\" style='margin:0in;font-size:13px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;text-align:center;'><span style='font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'>4-Horn Horn Industrial is an Equal Opportunity Company.</span></p><p><br></p></div></div>\n",
