    "description": "<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000; text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">***Internal Opportunity Only***</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Step into a District Manager role and help lead our Mid-Atlantic team!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>In this role, you will help develop and support Field Reps through coaching, KPI conversations, ride-alongs, performance follow-up, and ongoing communication. District Managers play a key role in driving route completion, wins, merchandising standards, brand knowledge, team culture, and overall regional performance.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Field Reps who apply must meet the following criteria to be considered:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Live in, or be willing to relocate to, the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">DMV area </span>(Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia</span>),<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"> or <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pennsylvania </span>(Philadelphia, Allentown)</span>.</li>\n<li>Employed with Basemakers for a minimum of 9 months. 1 year is preferred.</li>\n<li>Have consistently met<span> </span>either of the following metrics:\n<ul>\n<li>Wins conversion at or above the company standard of 7.5%.</li>\n<li>95% route completion.<br></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Candidates who move forward in the process will be asked to complete a brief <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">pre-work assignment</span> with a quick turnaround. The assignment is to help us better understand your communication style, leadership approach, and understanding of the District Manager role.
