This person must have excellent communication skills with the ability to manage the facility maintenance.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In addition to competitive pay, we offer our employees: <strong>Health, Dental, Vision, Life, 401K, Health &Wellness Program, community involvement and company paid vacation and holidays.</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee the daily maintenance and cleanliness of the facility's interior and exterior.</li>\n <li>Develop and implement quarterly and semi-annual maintenance plans to ensure optimal functioning of all systems within the building.</li>\n <li>Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective measures, as necessary.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and vendor services.</li>\n <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for outside vendors, including service technicians, plumbers, and other contracted services.</li>\n <li>Proactively identify maintenance needs and coordinate timely repairs or improvements.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.</li>\n <li>Assist in managing facility-related projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.</li>\n <li>Foster a positive working environment by promoting cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>**Additional Duties: **</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Dispatch office – assist customers with obtaining gate passes, keys, and purchased vehicles on sale days </li>\n <li>Occasional pickups of oversized vehicles/buses - may require a Class A license.</li>\n <li>Coordinate set up, and tear down for company luncheons and events.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Technical or vocational training in facilities management is a plus.</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Proven experience in facilities maintenance, building management, or related field.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with staff and external vendors.</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance issues.</li>\n <li>Class A license and forklift certification a plus.</li>\n</ul>",
