Enjoy a <strong>competitive benefits package</strong> designed to support your health, happiness, and future:</p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Day 1 benefits</strong> – no waiting period to access your health, dental, and vision coverage</li>\n <li><strong>Paid Time Off (PTO)</strong> so you can relax, recharge, and enjoy life outside of work</li>\n <li><strong>Short-Term Disability</strong> coverage for added peace of mind when you need it most</li>\n <li><strong>401(k) with company match </strong>to help you build your financial future</li>\n <li><strong>General Bonus Opportunity</strong> based on performance and company success</li>\n <li>Comprehensive benefits that support your overall well-being — because we believe happy employees do their best work!</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform receiving inspection on supplied components to insure they conform to specifications</li>\n <li>Perform gage calibrations for the facilities measuring and inspection equipment</li>\n <li>Perform manufacturing process audits to ensure their quality control and other related activities meet the quality assurance requirements</li>\n <li>Perform spot checks and sampling inspections on product to insure they conform to standards</li>\n <li>Inspect and analyze warranty returns for cause of failure </li>\n <li>Maintain computer and paper records for assigned activities</li>\n <li>Create, Maintain, and revision control of documentation and procedures </li>\n <li>Utilize procedures, check lists, drawings, blue prints, and other work instructions</li>\n <li>Assist the quality engineer with inputs to implementing corrective actions to non conformities utilizing the CAPA (Corrective and Preventative Action) process.</li>\n <li>Conducts themselves in a safe, professional, and healthy manner </li>\n <li>Accomplishes job duties in support of quality goals and objectives</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent education </li>\n <li>Minimum 6 months as in a quality assurance or quality control position in manufacturing</li>\n <li>Have worked in an ISO or other formal quality management system environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficient in the us inspection gages including but not limited to calipers, micometers, tape measure, protractor, sqaures, torque wrenches, bore gages, and belt tension gages</li>\n <li>Able to perform math calculations including fractions and decimals</li>\n <li>Able to read and interpret drawings ; spatial orientation ; dimensioning ; tolerances</li>\n <li>Organization and detail oriented skills to be able to keep accurate records, logs, and documentation</li>\n <li><p>Must be able to speak, read, and understand the English language.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
