This role is essential in bringing our brand to life across all digital and print touchpoints. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced fashion e-commerce environment, understands brand standards, is detail oriented, and ensures creative assets are executed, on time, and optimized for performance.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">You will collaborate closely with design, copy, marketing, merchandising, and external partners to translate creative concepts into production-ready assets across site, email, paid media, social, packaging, and print.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Core Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate closely with designers to support creative development and bring concepts to final execution</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, merchandising, e-commerce) to align on asset needs and timelines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Assist in maintaining organized file systems, templates, and shared design resources</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support updates to evergreen site assets and ongoing creative refreshes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Prepare and produce high-volume digital assets for web, email, paid media, and social channels</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Adapt campaign creative across multiple formats, platforms, and device specifications</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Prepare files for print including packaging, mailers, in-store collateral, and other branded materials</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure all files meet technical specifications for both digital and print production</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Manage pre-press processes, file packaging, color accuracy, and vendor handoff</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintain brand consistency across all outputs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Manage versioning, resizing, retouching, and formatting of imagery</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Contribute to process improvements that streamline workflows and enhance team efficiency</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Minimum Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">1-2 years of experience in production design, preferably in fashion, retail, or e-commerce</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Degree in a related field </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Knowledge/Skills/Abilities </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Process-driven and solutions-oriented</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collaborative and deadline-focused</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Passionate about fashion, storytelling, and brand experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Energized by bringing creative ideas into polished execution</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong understanding of digital best practices, file preparation, and asset optimization</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience working within brand guidelines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting deadlines with ease</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Familiarity with After Effects,Shopify and Klaviyo is a plus</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Compensation </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Compensation for the role will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience. The estimated annual compensation for this role is $60,000-$65,000; classified as full-time exempt and not eligible for overtime.
