Troubleshoots electronic circuits under minimum supervision; evaluates and resolves operational problems involving medical equipment and clinical networked systems at the request of clinical staff and department management; completes and records all required maintenance documentation; serves in on-call rotation.&nbsp;</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Adjusts, calibrates, lubricates, performs operational verification, tests electrical safety, and other tasks to ensure efficient performance and safety of complex medical equipment.</span></li>\n <li><span>Maintains an accurate and complete inventory of medical devices and systems in assigned areas.</span></li>\n <li><span>Communicates clearly with users in patient care areas during rounds or while investigating reported malfunctions. Provides impromptu technical in-services to clinical staff when needed.</span></li>\n <li><span>Analyzes serviceability, reliability, and technical aspects of equipment.</span></li>\n <li><span>Schedules and documents work performed as directed by the department.</span></li>\n <li><span>Using Engineering methodology transfers working knowledge and understanding of electronic circuitry and medical applications from one type of instrumentation to another.</span></li>\n <li><span>Reviews and/or orders parts and materials to ensure the right items are ordered at the right time from the most effective source and that prudent stock levels are maintained.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>Shift = Evenings, 1pm - 1130pm (4x10)</span></p>",
