    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reports To: </span>Life Groups Team Leader</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Scheduled Hours: </span>40</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Titles Supervised: </span>None</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salary: </span>$50,000-$62,000 per year</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits Eligible: </span>Yes</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Desired Commitment: </span>3 Years</p>\n<p><span><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">MY ONE THING</span><br>Support the Groups Ministry at VRL with an emphasis on Young Adult groups and launching new groups of all types.<span>  </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES<br></span>The primary responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consistent launch of new groups including monthly group launches and Rooted groups.</li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with the Groups Team to achieve goals.<br></li>\n<li>Develop the Young Adult Ministry with the goal of steadily increasing the number of Young Adults in Life Groups.</li>\n<li>Participate in Groups Team activities such as Leader Rallies, Real Discipleship Training, and monthly Life Group Experiences.</li>\n<li>Be available for general ministerial duties, such as pastoral meetings, visits, and leading people through the ABCD Discipleship Pathway.</li>\n<li>Additional duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-5 years ministry experience or equivalent employment and volunteer-based experience.</li>\n<li>Related education, degree, or training preferred</li>\n<li>Experience leading teams or volunteers required.</li>\n<li>Ordination preferred, but not required</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills</li>\n<li>Solid computer knowledge and experience with MS Office.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">VALUES</span><br></p>\n<p>At VRL we make disciples who make disciple-makers for Jesus.
