As a Store Manager you help maintain exceptional store visual presentation and drive sales growth.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Service and Results&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Achieves Store Sales Plan (monthly/Quarterly/Annually) by developing daily sales goals based on company budget and a strategic plan to achieve them&nbsp;</li><li>Consistently achieves Store ADS and UPT goals&nbsp;</li><li>Schedule team for the needs of the business, considering daily goal achievement, store traffic, floor coverage, holidays &amp; events etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Develops and builds customer base/client list by soliciting customer information at POS with each transaction&nbsp;</li><li>Manages an efficient and accurate inventory receipt and sell through process&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Recruit, Coach and Develop Team</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Recruit, Interview, train and manage performance of their team.
