          "text": "<p>Shaker Recruitment Marketing is seeking a Senior UX Designer to support the design and delivery of Career Websites across a range of platforms and custom solutions. Our Creative team is growing, and this role is being added to meet the increasing demand for high-quality,&#xa0;candidate-focused digital experiences.&#xa0;</p><p>In this role, you&#xa0;will execute UX workstreams across the full project lifecycle — from discovery through launch. You will own the translation of employer brand direction into clear, intuitive site experiences, working in Figma to build scalable, component-based systems that support responsive design, consistency, and efficient production across CMS and&#xa0;career website&#xa0;platform environments&#xa0;and custom builds.&#xa0;</p><p>You will work closely with the Creative Director, copywriters, developers, and project managers to bring site structure, content hierarchy, and user experience to life — contributing your UX expertise throughout the process and helping ensure designs translate effectively into build environments.&#xa0;</p><p>This role is best suited for a designer who is both creative and structured — someone who thinks&#xa0;in&#xa0;systems, executes with precision, and can&#xa0;operate&#xa0;within constraints without sacrificing quality.</p><p><u><strong>Responsibilities</strong></u></p><p><strong>Career Website Design &amp; Delivery&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Execute the design of Career Websites from discovery through launch across&#xa0;career website&#xa0;platforms&#xa0;and&#xa0;custom builds&#xa0;</li><li>Translate employer brand direction into intuitive, candidate-focused&#xa0;career website&#xa0;experiences that drive engagement and conversion&#xa0;</li><li>Create&#xa0;sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that balance storytelling, usability, and platform constraints&#xa0;</li><li>Support implementation within&#xa0;career website&#xa0;platforms,&#xa0;ensuring designs translate effectively into build environments&#xa0;</li><li>Design within CMS and platform constraints while maintaining a high standard of visual quality and UX&#xa0;</li></ul><p><strong>UX Execution &amp; Research&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Participate in discovery sessions alongside&#xa0;creative&#xa0;directors, contributing UX thinking to shape site structure, content hierarchy, and user experience approach&#xa0;</li><li>Translate research findings into personas, journey maps, information architecture, and wireframes in support of the agreed creative direction&#xa0;</li><li>Apply heuristic evaluation and accessibility reviews to strengthen the quality of delivered experiences&#xa0;</li></ul><p><strong>Design Systems &amp; Figma&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Design responsive layouts in Figma using scalable components, auto layout, and repeatable systems&#xa0;</li><li>Build and maintain design systems that support speed, consistency, and reuse across Career Website projects&#xa0;</li><li>Contribute to the evolution of UX patterns, interaction standards, and documentation in alignment with the Creative Director's frameworks&#xa0;</li><li>Apply and maintain design processes, templates, and component libraries to improve efficiency and quality&#xa0;</li></ul><p><strong>Developer Handoff &amp; Collaboration&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare thorough developer-ready specifications&#xa0;and annotations in Figma&#xa0;</li><li>Partner with front-end developers during implementation to ensure design fidelity across responsive states and&#xa0;edge cases&#xa0;</li><li>Communicate interaction states, responsive behavior, and platform-specific constraints clearly in handoff documentation&#xa0;</li></ul><p><strong>Collaboration &amp; Team Contribution&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Present design concepts&#xa0;and articulate creative&#xa0;rationale&#xa0;to internal- and client-facing audiences&#xa0;alongside&#xa0;creative directors and team members&#xa0;</li><li>Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) are met across all designs, including responsive behavior, contrast, and usability best practices&#xa0;</li><li>Provide peer-level feedback and guidance to&#xa0;creative team members,&#xa0;as needed&#xa0;</li><li>Partner with creative team leaders to develop repeatable processes for our&#xa0;Career&#xa0;Websites practice&#xa0;</li><li>Partner with project managers to meet timelines and deliverables&#xa0;</li><li>Collaborate with developers&#xa0;to ensure design is structured for flexible, modular content systems&#xa0;</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
