The role supports the school’s holistic education approach and international learning environment.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Teaching &amp; Learning</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Art and Music lessons aligned with the school curriculum and international standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages creativity and student participation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students, including EAL learners and students with varying abilities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Integrate music, visual arts, movement, and performance into lessons where appropriate.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Curriculum &amp; Assessment</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Develop lesson plans, schemes of work, and learning materials for Art and Music.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assess, record, and report on students’ progress in line with school assessment policies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide constructive feedback to students to support their artistic and musical development.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support school performances, exhibitions, concerts, and cultural events.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Classroom &amp; Resource Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain a safe, organized, and well-managed learning environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Properly use and care for art materials, musical instruments, and classroom resources.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Follow health and safety guidelines during practical activities.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Collaboration &amp; School Life</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work collaboratively with classroom teachers and specialist staff to support cross-curricular learning.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and participation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Contribute positively to the school’s international and multicultural community.</span></li>\n</ul>\n\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s degree in Art, Music, Education, or a related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Recognized teaching qualification (preferred).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Previous experience teaching Art and/or Music, preferably in an international or bilingual school.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching strategies.</span></li>\n</ul>\n\n\n\n\n<p><br><br></p>",
