          "text": "<p><strong>$4,000 Sign On Bonus Offered!</strong></p><p><strong>Robert Bosch is hiring a PLC Controls Technician in Florence, KY.</strong>&#xa0;As a PLC Controls Technician, you will design, program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC-controlled systems using Siemens S7 and TIA Portal, while supporting manufacturing operations through advanced diagnostics, system improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.</p><p><strong>This is a direct-hire opportunity.</strong></p><p><strong>Shift Information: 2nd shift - Monday through Friday 2pm-10pm</strong></p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Principal Responsibilities of the PLC Controls Technician</strong></p><ul><li>Design, program, and maintain PLC systems in accordance with corporate standards</li><li>Develop and support HMI applications for manufacturing equipment</li><li>Troubleshoot complex equipment and automation issues to determine root causes and implement corrective actions</li><li>Modify PLC programs and interface communications with industrial devices</li><li>Diagnose and resolve issues with vision systems, including Cognex and Keyence</li><li>Troubleshoot and maintain servo drive systems, particularly Rexroth and Siemens platforms</li><li>Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to improve equipment performance and reliability</li><li>Support mechanical troubleshooting and assist with general maintenance tasks as needed</li><li>Identify programming issues and communicate findings to Controls Engineers</li><li>Provide feedback to Engineering on recurring issues and opportunities for system improvements</li><li>Maintain a proactive approach to learning new technologies and improving technical skills</li></ul>",
