This hybrid role plays a critical part in managing daily liquidity, supporting cash forecasting, and partnering across the business to optimize treasury operations in a domestic </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Leads all operational aspects of daily operations of the Treasury function</li>\n <li>Administrator on banking systems and other financial portals</li>\n <li>Manages the daily cash position, including bank balances, activity, and liquidity reporting</li>\n <li>Completes corporate banking and treasury management services transition project</li>\n <li>Supports banking and treasury management services’ integrations for acquisitions</li>\n <li>Executes intercompany transfers and funding to ensure optimal cash utilization</li>\n <li>Supports revolver draw and repayment decisions based on liquidity needs</li>\n <li>Maintains and enhances the 13-week cash flow forecast, including variance analysis</li>\n <li>Partners with AR, AP, and FP&A to improve visibility into cash flow drivers, and to support working capital initiatives</li>\n <li>Serves as a key contact with banking partners and support treasury projects and process improvements</li>\n <li>Resolves ACH and check positive pay exceptions and other payment-related issues</li>\n <li>Supports lender reporting and compliance, including borrowing base and covenant requirements</li>\n <li>Processes certain payments in the banking systems</li>\n <li>Completes assigned tasks in a safe, accurate, thorough, and alert manner</li>\n <li>Upholds Company policies and procedures</li>\n <li>Works in a professional manner with managers, supervisors, coworkers, customers, and the public</li>\n <li>Other related job duties as experience with daily cash positioning and cash flow forecasting</li>\n <li>Familiarity with credit facilities, liquidity management, and banking platforms</li>\n <li>Understanding of payment systems (ACH, wires) and fraud controls (positive pay)</li>\n <li>Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities</li>\n <li>Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We’re Looking For</h2>\n<p><strong>What We’re Looking For </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Finance, Accounting or a related field</li>\n <li>3–6+ years of experience in treasury, cash management, or finance</li>\n <li>CTP or CPA preferred</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and experience leading process improvement initiatives preferred</li>\n <li>Experience with automation and digital transformation projects within financial operations preferred</li>\n <li>Previous experience in HVAC Industry or other service business preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Physical Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Continuously able to work in office environment</li>\n <li>Continuously able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery,such as a copy machine, telephone, and computer printer</li>\n <li>Continuously able to sit at a computer for up to 8 hours</li>\n <li>Able to alternate between sitting and standing, as needed throughout the day</li>\n <li>Occasionally able to lift up to 15 lbs.</li>\n <li>Continuously requires vision, hearing, twisting, and talking</li>\n <li>Occasionally requires walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, kneeling,pushing/pulling, bending, and crouching</li>\n <li>Rarely requires climbing</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Other requirements: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>May be required
