(up to $25M)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: gray; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Lead estimating efforts on small/medium and less complex projects. (up to $10M)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: gray; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Accurate and timely review of the design documents to identify the required scopes of work and develop a bid list for review by the project team. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: gray; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Attending informational pre-bid meetings, site walks and preconstruction coordination meetings, documenting the requirements and existing conditions. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: gray; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Developing pre-bid RFI’s to clarify the construction documents and/or conflicts between design documents / specifications. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: gray; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Track and log all documents issued during the preconstruction period for use during contracting. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: gray; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Archive estimates and historical cost data</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #7f7f7f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Qualification and Pricing</span></em><span style=\"color: #7f7f7f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: gray; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Completing accurate 2D and 3D takeoffs of plans ranging from conceptual to final CD’s, with waste factors and production rates that support JHL’s pricing format and obtaining and applying accurate/complete costs to the quantities. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: gray; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Pricing materials, equipment, labor &amp; other execution requirements for misc. self-performed scopes of work. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #7f7f7f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Subcontractor Solicitation and Coordination</span></em><span style=\"color: #7f7f7f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: gray; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Accurate and timely review of the design documents to identify the required scopes of work and communication of these scope to the bidding subcontractors / vendors. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: gray; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Discovery of document inconsistencies and development of pre-proposal clarifications. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: gray; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Building relationships with subcontractors, vendors and proposers to encourage participation in the bidding process. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: gray; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Aggressive solicitation &amp; follow-up with subcontractors to ensure complete bid coverage and timely receipt of bids. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: gray; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Completing takeoffs in support of scope of work reviews with subcontractors to ensure the work is accurately priced and accounted for. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: gray; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Detailed review of vendors scopes to ensure that all distributed documents have been accounted for and included.  Summarize the results in JHL’s bid tabulation form. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: gray; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Participation in Hard Bid Day activities, including scope review and bid tabulation and/or bid submission. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: gray; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Attending pre-award meetings with potential subcontractors and vendors for a detailed scope review and analysis.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: gray; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Track and update vendor information and manage local vendor database. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: gray; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Other duties as assigned.  </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">1 -4 years of experience working in infrastructure construction estimating</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: gray; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">3+ years of construction operations experience, including exposure to trade coordination and material tracking is preferred.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: gray;
