    "description": "<p>As our lead Senior Product Manager, you'll take full ownership of agile delivery, project execution, and cross-functional coordination that powers everything we ship. You'll design and implement our project management and agile framework from the ground up, establishing rhythms, tools, and processes that keep a fast-moving early-stage team aligned, iterating quickly, and delivering high-impact features. Working closely with product, design, engineering (iOS, Android, backend, AI, DevOps), and leadership, you'll turn ambitious vision into predictable, high-quality releases while navigating the unique complexities of an AI-powered consumer app. This is ideal if you thrive in greenfield environments, love bringing structure to<br>ambiguity, and excel at enabling talented engineers and creatives to ship delightful experiences without unnecessary bureaucracy.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span><br>- Lead and evolve our agile processes: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and continuous improvement practices tailored to a startup pace.<br>- Own the end-to-end product roadmap, backlog prioritization, release planning, and dependency management across all engineering disciplines.<br>- Facilitate clear communication and alignment between technical teams and<br>non-technical stakeholders, translating complex AI and mobile requirements into actionable plans.<br>- Track progress, risks, blockers, and metrics; provide transparent visibility through dashboards, reports, and regular updates.<br>- Establish lightweight yet effective tools and workflows (Jira, Confluence, Slack automations, etc.) that scale with us from 0 to 1 and beyond.</p>\n<p>- Manage AI-specific delivery challenges: balancing experimentation cycles, model evaluation, on-device/cloud integration testing, and coordinated mobile releases.<br>- Identify and remove impediments, drive decision-making, and help the team stay focused on what matters most to travelers.<br>- Mentor and coach the growing team on agile best practices while continuously adapting our process to fit our unique travel + AI context.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications</span><br>- 6+ years of hands-on Agile Project Management experience in early-stage tech or consumer app environments (mobile, AI/ML, or travel-related experience is a strong<br>plus).<br>- Deep expertise facilitating Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid agile frameworks in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.<br>- Proven success owning agile delivery from scratch (0-to-1) or scaling processes in startups, you know how to bring structure without slowing innovation.<br>- Strong proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and modern collaboration tools, ability to create clear roadmaps, backlogs, and reporting that actually get used.<br>- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, especially AI/ML workflows, mobile app releases, and backend integration.<br>- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, you can translate between engineers, designers, and leadership with ease.<br>- Natural product sense and genuine passion for building consumer experiences that feel magical.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span><br>- Experience in travel, mobility, location-based services, or personalization-heavy products.<br>- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or PMP (or equivalent real-world mastery, we value results over certificates).<br>- Familiarity with AI project delivery (experimentation tracking, model versioning, evaluation cycles).<br>- Exposure to multi-platform delivery (iOS + Android + backend).<br>- Personal travel adventures that give you intuition for what makes a great travel app.</p>",
