    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong><u>POSITION SUMMARY</u></strong></p>\n<p>Vertiv is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee data and power modular solutions in Pelzer, SC.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Responsible for the construction of modular data centers in accordance with the highest standards and requirements and secondary structures within the project. Cooperation with other disciplines: architecture, construction, electrical engineering. Emphasis on drafting, cost estimates, test procedures, installation manuals.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong><u>RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Report directly to Integrated Solution Sr Production Manager.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Responsible for running of pre-modularized projects from early design through to factory build and delivery</li>\n <li>Engage in development of drawings and design strategies&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Co-ordination with LV, Busbar and MV departments on modular fit outs.</li>\n <li>Co-ordination and procurement of outsourced vendors&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Liaising and organizing sub-contractors working in both our factory and on site</li>\n <li>Responsible for commissioning activities and document control for same.</li>\n <li>Responsible for document control on client and Vertiv platforms</li>\n <li>Deal with supply chain and assist in ordering of materials and equipment</li>\n <li>Attend client production, commissioning, and schedule meetings</li>\n <li>Complete snagging and quality checks on equipment before dispatch from factory&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Responsible for RAMS and delivery strategies/planning</li>\n <li>Provide support to site teams</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.5in\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong><u>QUALIFICATIONS</u></strong></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.5in\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.5in\"><strong>Minimum Job Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>5 years of experience in the electrical field.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Knowledge of local, state, &amp; federal building codes governing the construction, installation, and deployment of modular/transportable buildings</li>\n <li>Proven experience with Microsoft Office Applications</li>\n <li>Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and equipment specifications.</li>\n <li>Must be able to clearly interpret customer specification requirements.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to think outside the box to find creative and innovative solutions to reduce costs with no impact on quality, reliability or maintainability.</li>\n <li>Must possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal.</li>\n <li>Detail oriented.</li>\n <li>Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Proven Project Management skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong><u>EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in mechanical or electrical engineering</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong><u>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>No Special Physical Requirements</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong><u>ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>N/A</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong><u>TRAVEL TIME REQUIRED&nbsp;</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>N/A</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>At Vertiv, we offer the stability of a global leader in a growing industry <i>and&nbsp;</i>the opportunity of a startup.
