Location: Project-based, Alberta
Position Type: Full-time / Project-Based
Wage/Salary Range: Competitive; based on experience
Shift Schedule: Rotational schedule with day and night shifts
Hours Per Day: 12 hours

Job Overview:
GrizzlyTrek is currently seeking one Dredge Boat Operator (Marine Equipment Operator) to join our Valued Clients team at project sites across Alberta. This is a full-time, project-based position, ideally suited to an individual committed to excellence and safety.
Responsibilities:
Operate marine equipment including boats, barges, and dredges Follow all company, client, and industry safety regulations and standards Conduct Field Level Risk Assessments (FLRA) Report and assist in resolving hazards, incidents, and near-misses Support team operations and complete additional assigned duties Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 years of experience operating marine equipment Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record Marine Emergency Duties (MED) A3 or SDV-BS certification Small Vessel Operator Proficiency (SVOP) CSO or BSO certification Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in remote or industrial project environments Strong teamwork and communication skills Work Environment:
Outdoor work in variable and sometimes harsh weather conditions Exposure to wet, noisy, and physically demanding environments Interaction with team members, clients, and subcontractors Benefits:
