Meta Ads is one of our largest and most mature channels, operated at scale and supported by deep internal expertise.<br><br></p>\n<p>Our UA approach is increasingly automation-driven.<br>We’ve built an in-house automation platform and a decision-making algorithm that already manages and optimizes the majority of Meta campaigns. This allows UA managers to focus less on manual routine and more on strategy, experimentation, creatives, funnels, and growth architecture.</p>\n<p>We work with a performance-based compensation model that allows us to pay <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">at the top of the market for real results and impact</span>.</p>\n<p>At SmartyMe, UA managers don’t just run campaigns — they build scalable acquisition systems.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We are looking for a UA Manager (Meta Ads)</span> to own and scale Meta as a core acquisition channel.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This is a hands-on performance role with real ownership</span>.
