    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">STADIUM CONTROL LEAD (PART-TIME)</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The Stadium Control Lead is responsible for executing the Incident Action Plan (IAP), maintaining the command structure, and serving as the primary decision-maker for real-time dispatch and safety services. The Lead ensures a seamless flow of communication between all stakeholders to maintain a safe, secure, and world-class fan experience.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p><p style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">&bull; Establish and maintain the Incident Command Post (ICP), ensuring all positions are properly staffed and operational for the duration of the event.</p><p style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">&bull; Manage the dispatch of various venue and 3<sup>rd</sup> party teams via radio systems, prioritizing resources based on the severity and nature of each incident.</p><p style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">&bull; Serve as the key decision-maker during high-volume periods or emergencies, providing quick, accurate responses to incoming calls and text messages to mitigate risk.</p><p style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">&bull; Directly oversee all personnel assigned to Stadium Control, ensuring adherence to venue emergency plans and departmental procedures.</p><p style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">&bull; Facilitate clear, real-time communication between venue staff, third-party vendors, and public safety agencies to ensure a unified response to all incidents.</p><p style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">&bull; Ensure every incident is accurately recorded in the stadium&rsquo;s tracking software, including detailed timelines and relevant CCTV coverage.</p><p style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">&bull; Maintain meticulous records of all communications and specific actions taken during emergency situations for post-event reporting.</p><p style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">&bull; Deliver concise, essential information and instructions to field personnel to keep all teams aligned with the operational objectives.</p><p style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">&bull; Maintain expert-level knowledge of ICS protocols (100-200), venue-specific emergency plans, and league-mandated safety standards.</p><p style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">&bull; Partner with law enforcement and fire departments to execute a coordinated, professional response to any large-scale stadium incident.</p><p style=\"margin-left:.25in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">The Indiana Convention Center &amp; Lucas Oil Stadium is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</p></div>\n",
