    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Superintendent &amp; Vice President of Education</strong></p><p>Best Point is seeking an experienced education leader to serve as our Superintendent &amp; Vice President of Education. This role provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for Best Point&rsquo;s education programs, including the Heidt Center of Excellence, Upper and Lower Schools, and employment readiness programs.</p><p>The Superintendent &amp; Vice President of Education will lead program growth, ensure high-quality educational services, support staff development, maintain regulatory compliance, and collaborate across the organization to improve outcomes for students, families, and the community.</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Master&rsquo;s degree in Education from an accredited college or university.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Current Ohio Administrative License or Alternative Ohio Administrative License or Superintendent Licensure</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Minimum of five years of supervisory experience, including experience as a Principal or comparable educational leader.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Minimum of three years of classroom teaching experience.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Experience working in special education and supporting diverse or at-risk student populations.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Experience leading multi-program educational services.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Experience with compliance, accreditation, budgeting, and program development.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Strong understanding of special education regulations and evidence-based practices.</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Starting at $105,000 based on experience</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Full benefits package includes:</li></ul><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 72px;\">Health, dental, and vision insurance</li><li style=\"margin-left: 72px;\">FSA and HSA plans with a match</li><li style=\"margin-left: 72px;\">Retirement plan (403b) with a match up to 4%</li><li style=\"margin-left: 72px;\">Tuition assistance</li><li style=\"margin-left: 72px;\">Public Loan Forgiveness eligibility</li><li style=\"margin-left: 72px;\">Paid time off and holidays</li><li style=\"margin-left: 72px;\">Mileage reimbursement</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Educational &amp; Program Leadership</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Provide strategic leadership and daily oversight of all education and employment programs.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Develop and implement initiatives that improve student outcomes, program quality, and organizational effectiveness.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Ensure programs meet standards set by regulatory and accrediting organizations, including the Ohio Department of Education,DODD, OOD and CARF.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Use data and best practices to drive continuous improvement and program growth.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Support the implementation of special education services, including IEP processes, student outcomes, and family collaboration.</li></ul><p>Team Leadership &amp; Development</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Provide direction, coaching, and support to education leaders and staff.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Partner with Human Resources and Training teams to support recruitment, retention, onboarding, and employee development.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Ensure teams have the resources and support needed to deliver high-quality services.</li></ul><p>Operational &amp; Strategic Management</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Oversee department operations, budgets, reporting, and performance goals.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Collaborate with senior leadership across Finance, HR, Quality, IT, and Operations.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Identify opportunities for program expansion, community partnerships, and improved service delivery.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Support enrollment growth, community engagement, and organizational initiatives.</li></ul><p>Community &amp; Stakeholder Engagement</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Build strong relationships with families, school districts, community partners, and external stakeholders.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Represent Best Point within education and special education networks.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Promote awareness of Best Point&rsquo;s programs and services throughout the community.</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p><p>Exposed to a combination of office, school, outdoor and shop environments.
