This leadership role is responsible for overseeing clinical programming, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring individuals receive person-centered, evidence-based support that improves quality of life.</p><p><br></p><p>As a key member of the leadership team, you'll partner with Operations, Nursing, and Executive Leadership to drive clinical quality, compliance, and innovation across residential programs.</p><h3><br></h3><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul><li>Provide leadership and oversight for all clinical services within Community Living</li><li>Ensure high-quality implementation of Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) and Individual Support Plans (ISPs)</li><li>Supervise, mentor, and develop clinical team members</li><li>Monitor clinical outcomes and use data to drive continuous improvement</li><li>Ensure compliance with BACB standards, state regulations, and organizational policies</li><li>Support crisis response and provide clinical guidance for complex behavioral needs</li><li>Collaborate with families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Master's or Doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field</li><li>Current BCBA certification required</li><li>Active Missouri and/or Kansas licensure</li><li>Minimum 5 years of ABA experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role</li><li>Experience in residential or intensive behavioral settings preferred</li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><ul><li>Strong clinical and operational leadership skills</li><li>Expertise in ABA and behavior support programming</li><li>A collaborative, solutions-focused approach</li><li>Excellent communication, coaching, and team development abilities</li><li>Commitment to person-centered services and continuous improvement</li></ul>",
