Position Summary BHA is seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Director (BCBA/LBA) to lead behavioral health services within our Community Living division. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing clinical programming, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring individuals receive person-centered, evidence-based support that improves quality of life. As a key member of the leadership team, you'll partner with Operations, Nursing, and Executive Leadership to drive clinical quality, compliance, and innovation across residential programs. What You'll Do Provide leadership and oversight for all clinical services within Community Living Ensure high-quality implementation of Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) and Individual Support Plans (ISPs) Supervise, mentor, and develop clinical team members Monitor clinical outcomes and use data to drive continuous improvement Ensure compliance with BACB standards, state regulations, and organizational policies Support crisis response and provide clinical guidance for complex behavioral needs Collaborate with families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field Current BCBA certification required Active Missouri and/or Kansas licensure Minimum 5 years of ABA experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role Experience in residential or intensive behavioral settings preferred What We're Looking For Strong clinical and operational leadership skills Expertise in ABA and behavior support programming A collaborative, solutions-focused approach Excellent communication, coaching, and team development abilities Commitment to person-centered services and continuous improvement
