          "text": "<p>As a Live Dealer, you will be responsible for hosting and presenting games for in a live streaming environment while creating a professional and exciting atmosphere for customers by providing an excellent guest service.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Present games in a live streaming environment, adhering to the multi-state Gaming Commission Regulations, PT Services New Jersey regulations, and live unit policies and procedures.</li><li>Learn and fully understand and execute the rules of video stream games.</li><li>Conduct live games on a given table schedule in accordance with applied rules and procedures with computer prompt instructions, monitoring, and following the given table schedule, following the instructions of the Pit-bosses and Trainers.</li><li>Follow and supervise the updates and amendments in the game leading procedures.</li><li>Adhere to the gaming studios' rules and any other rules that management may introduce at any time.</li><li>Adhere to the company’s dress code and appearance standards.</li><li>Professionally communicate and provide answers to players promptly for any game general questions according to chat policy.</li><li>Immediately report to the Pitboss of any risks or committed mistakes, problems, and/or unusual activities in gaming studios and other companies’ premises.</li><li>Attend educational events, briefings, and sessions required for professional skills improvement and learning the new procedures.</li><li>Participate in company promotions through marketing via photo and video shoots as required by management.</li><li>Maintain professional and clear communication with players, management, and colleagues.</li><li>Perform any additional duties as instructed by management.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma / GED.</li><li>Must be 21 years of age or older.</li><li>At least 1 year of Customer Service Experience.</li><li>Basic computer skills, including MS Office, email, video chat applications, etc.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers in a live streaming environment.</li><li>Ability to maintain a professional demeanour, including manner of speech, appearance, and posture in a fast-paced live streaming environment.</li><li>Ability to deal with potential guest conflicts professionally, maintaining Playtech’s guest service standards.</li><li>Ability to deal, sort, shuffle, and count cards in addition to operating other gaming equipment involving highly repetitive movement of hand and arm.</li><li>Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>Maintain punctuality and attention to detail.</li><li>Must be able to obtain a New Jersey Gaming License and a West Virginia Casino Employee Registration.</li></ul><p><strong>COMPENSATION &amp; BENEFITS</strong></p><ul><li>Pay Range: $18 - $23 per hour ($10 hourly base rate + $8 guaranteed tips + monthly performance bonus).&#xa0;<em>Customer tips are unlimited</em></li></ul><ul><li>Vacation Days: 5 days</li><li>Sick Time: 5 days</li><li>10 Holidays pay</li><li>Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA/FSA, LTD/STD, Life Insurance.</li><li>401K – 4% match after 90 days of employment.</li></ul>",
