Keep updated and knowledgeable of all banking regulations, procedures, and bank policies applicable to the job function.</li><li><!--block-->Listen to customer needs; educate and promote products including online banking, bill pay and mobile banking.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Accurately enter or confirm customer information into database;
