We invite you to join us in our vision of &ldquo;Making Lives Better!&rdquo;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential duties and responsibilities:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Staff will maintain ethical and professional communications at all times using respectful Trauma-Informed Care language</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Serves as the Case Manager/Skills Trainer with Adult Behavioral Health working in the Amarillo service area</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Responsible for caseload management, conducting state-approved assessments, and identifying goals for recovery planning with adults 18 and older with a mental health diagnosis</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This position teaches/uses evidence-based practices/curriculum with individuals to help improve daily functioning, using a person-centered approach</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Services can include referral/linkage to community resources, psychosocial rehabilitation, skills training, substance abuse treatment, housing and/or employment skills training</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage a caseload and help clients navigate through treatment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Organize and provide culturally competent care activities in collaboration with all participants involved with the individual&rsquo;s care</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide services via phone &amp; face-to-face, in office, home and community-based settings</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Spend at least half of his/her working time each day in direct service with clients</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist &amp; collaborate with multi-disciplinary Adult Behavioral Health Team to promote quality mental health services, skill development and community stability to clients</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Adheres to TPC Business Code of Conduct and reports concerns if ethical and/or business standards defined in the code are compromised</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required qualifications to be successful in the job:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from an accredited university with a major in psychology, sociology, social work, counseling, or other related human services field for QMHP credentialing</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">For Case Manager I, no experience required</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">For Case Manager II, minimum one (1) year of experience in behavioral health case management</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">For Case Manager III, minimum two (2) years of experience in behavioral health case management</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Graduate work in a related field may be substituted for up to one (1) year of experience</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Employees may be required to utilize their personal mobile phones for two-factor authentication (2FA).
