    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><strong><u>Job Summary:</u></strong></span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:7.5pt\"><span>The Lead Software Engineer II, Tax Product Development (Lead Engineer II) plays a critical role in designing and implementing complex distributed systems, including solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Applications and Project Operations that support the tax practice and delivery of services to clients. The Lead Engineer II owns the end-to-end delivery of distributed systems, defining technical requirements and architecture for tax products and solutions, with a focus on integrating and optimizing Dynamics CE and Project Operations to enhance client management and project delivery. This role requires collaboration across global teams and cross-functional groups.&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span><strong><u>Job Duties:</u></strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Leads design and implementation of highly scalable distributed systems within an Agile team focused on tax solutions</span></li>\n <li><span>Designs, develops, and tests software solutions using web and cloud technologies for innovative tax products</span></li>\n <li><span>Applies modern software engineering principles throughout the software lifecycle for tax-related applications</span></li>\n <li><span>Works with Senior Architects and Technical Leads to analyze design approach and architecture for tax products and platforms</span></li>\n <li><span>Integrates and customizes Microsoft Dynamics CE and Project Operations to support tax practice workflows, client management, and project delivery</span></li>\n <li><span>Reviews business requirements for technical feasibility and collaborate with various teams to deliver quality tax software products</span></li>\n <li><span>Maintains tax products and platforms based on product roadmaps, production support process and compliance with IT, security, and business mandates</span></li>\n <li><span>Effectively communicates with stakeholders and cross functional teams such as technical architects and security teams and others</span></li>\n <li><span>Champions secure coding and technical debt reduction, while staying up to date with technology trends</span></li>\n <li><span>Evangelizes modern methods of&nbsp;software engineering and innovation</span></li>\n <li><span>Other duties as required</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Mentors Senior Engineers and Lead Engineers to enhance code quality and ensure compliance with standards in tax product development</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong><u>Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</u></strong></span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:9pt\"><span><strong>Education:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), Finance, or Accounting, required</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:9pt\"><span><strong>Experience:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Eight (8) or more years of hands-on experience architecting and implementing Microsoft Dynamics Project Operations (or Project Service Automation), with a focus on solution design, technical delivery, and system integration for project planning, resource management, and financial tracking, required</span></li>\n <li><span>Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CE and Canvas App, including customization, configuration, and integration, required</span></li>\n <li><span>Extensive experience in developing stored procedures and database schemas utilizing SQL Server, Azure SQL, or NOSQL databases, required</span></li>\n <li><span>Eight (8) or more years of experience in designing and automating CI/CD/DevOps Pipelines, and in-depth experience working with Microsoft Azure and Azure Portal, required</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:9pt\"><span><strong>License/Certifications:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Certifications in Microsoft MTA / MCSD, Azure Fundamentals (Az-900), Microsoft Azure Developer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect, preferred</span></li>\n <li><span>Other Certifications in Microsoft, Azure MTA / MCSD, preferred</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:9pt\"><span><strong>Software:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Proficient with scripting tools such as PowerShell, Graph API, and Azure CLI, and experienced with Monitoring Tools like App Monitoring, App Insights, and PowerBI, required</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience with one (1) or more of the following products, preferred:</span>\n  <ul>\n   <li><span>Microsoft Visual Studio</span></li>\n   <li><span>Microsoft Azure Dev Ops or GitHub</span></li>\n   <li><span>Microsoft SQL Server and/or Azure SQL DB</span></li>\n   <li><span>Microsoft Power BI and PowerApps</span></li>\n   <li><span>Azure functions</span></li>\n   <li><span>HTTP Debug Tools</span></li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:9pt\"><span><strong>Language:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>N/A</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:9pt\"><span><strong>Other Knowledge, Skills, &amp;
