          "text": "<p>As a&#xa0;<strong>Retail Operations Specialist - Forklift Operator</strong>&#xa0;you would be responsible for the receipt, movement, storage and stocking of materials to meet operational needs in a large warehouse facility and outlet store.&#xa0; Must be able to operate equipment from dock, warehouse, or storage yard, such as a forklift, compactor, bale machine, tipper and hand truck.</p><p><strong>Duties will also include but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, and/or delivery vehicles by hand or using assigned equipment, ensuring proper sorting and storage by category.</li><li>Direct and position receptacles, such as tables, gaylords, bins, totes, or other containers so they can be loaded, including trash receptacles.</li><li>Clean, mop, take out trash, de-clutter, reorganize, etc to ensure the warehouse is free from debris, trash and aisle and walkways are clear of hazards or obstacles, as needed or assigned.</li><li>Operate fork truck to assist and support with essential materials handling</li><li>Load and unload trucks and trailer in accordance with established guidelines.</li></ul><p><strong>External Hiring Range:</strong>&#xa0; $14.00/hour</p><p><strong>Retention Bonus:</strong>&#xa0;$500, after successfully completing 6 months of employment.</p><p><strong>Travel</strong>: No, travel required.&#xa0;</p>",
