          "text": "<p>This position is responsible for managing workstation and end user issues, including the installation of&#xa0;<br>\napplications/software and the setup/movement of hardware. Responsibilities include ability to configure,&#xa0;<br>\nimplement, maintain, and support applications/software with other internal IT staff and third-party consultants.</p><p>The role is in the New York City office but may require travel. This position will report directly to the Managing&#xa0;<br>\nDirector IT.</p><p>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Communicate with SOCOTEC US staff to resolve technical issues.&#xa0;</li><li>Assist with Intune Endpoint Deployment for Windows, iOS, and Android Devices</li><li>Work closely with SOCOTEC US staff to ensure they have all the tools they need to access data and&#xa0;technical resources in completing projects.</li><li>Deal with a Help Desk ticket system - escalating, assisting, and closing tickets as needed.</li><li>Attend weekly Help Desk meetings</li></ul>",
