    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/25.2.10/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/25.2.10/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Daily/General Tasks:</strong></p><p>Works under Art Services Manager to manage quality of the Art Team&rsquo;s work each day:</p><ul><li>meets production deadlines for reviewing artwork, proofing &amp; delivering jobs to the print room</li><li>quality of files needs to be approved by customers &amp; follow Orbus artwork guidelines</li><li>accurately color-matching and correcting projects per client&rsquo;s specs</li><li>instruction sheets for the print &amp; finishing team need to be accurate &amp; follow detailed procedures&nbsp;</li><li>provides customers with high-level of customer service</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Delegates daily workload to all members of the Art Team.</li><li>Maintains organization of the Graphic Servers and job folders</li><li>Assists with color matching questions &amp; signs-off on running internal proofs</li><li>Works on any internal Marketing Tradeshow company projects along with Senior Art Coordinators.&nbsp;</li><li>Works on more custom/complex jobs with Art Coordinators as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Assists in the hiring process by conducting 1<sup>st</sup> interviews &amp; tests.&nbsp;</li><li>Helps prepare employee performance reviews with Art Services Manager.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Works under the direction of the Art Services Manager to create documentation for training:<ol><li>Holds training sessions with the Art Team and/or new hires.</li><li>Updates and maintains all training procedures and SOPs</li><li>Updates and maintains organization of templates on the server</li><li>Works with Art Services Manager to develop new training methods as needed</li></ol></li><li>Conducts weekly motivational meetings with the team to discuss successes, areas for improvement, changes in the dept., reviews &ldquo;Service Plus&rdquo; jobs for hands-on learning, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Recognize when team members require further training &amp; determine action plan</li><li>Works under the direction of the Art Services Manager to create all new product templates for clients as well as internal use.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Position reports to the following:&nbsp;</strong>Art Services Manager</p><p><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Management experience with a small to medium sized team (5-20 people)</li><li>3 -5 years experience working in a production and/or pre-production environment</li><li>College BA degree in Graphic Arts/Design or similar &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Solid knowledge of the following programs; Adobe Creative Suite &amp; Microsoft Office</li><li>Solid knowledge of Pantone Color Matching System</li><li>Working knowledge of MAC and PC computer platforms &nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Interview Expectations:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Standard interview expectations apply</li><li>Performs good preflight Adobe Creative Stuff test</li><li>Performs good quality color matching test</li></ul></div></div></div>\n",
