    "description": "<p><span><em>SiteWORX is an award winning total site development company located in Lebanon, Ohio.  We specialize in mass excavation and underground utilities for large residential, commercial and public projects.</em></span><br></p>\n<p><span><br></span></p>\n<p><span>What you will be doing:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Contributing to a safe, secure and healthy work environment.</span></li>\n<li><span>Operating heavy equipment related to large site development work. </span></li>\n<li><span>Openings include:  </span>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Underground Utility Crews: Excavator, Wheel Loader, Track Loader</span></li>\n<li><span>Mass Excavation Crews: Scraper, Dozer, Articulated Truck, Excavator, Compactor</span></li>\n<li><span>Fine Grade Crews: Dozer, Motor Grader, Skid Steer</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span>Operating late model equipment (Caterpillar, John Deere, Komatsu)</span></li>\n<li><span>Performing regular basic maintenance on equipment. (grease, clean tracks) </span></li>\n<li><span>Using hand tools i.e., shoveling to clean tracks, climbing in &amp; out of equipment, working on uneven surfaces.</span></li>\n<li><span>Working with other team members to ensure all equipment, tools and material are properly maintained.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Qualifications for this position:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Detail Oriented – Thorough with all work tasks (installations, connections)</span></li>\n<li><span>Teamwork Attitude – Work together respectfully with other team members.</span></li>\n<li><span>Organized - Tools and material kept in the right place.
