Description

Description The primary purpose of the Facilities Coordinator position is to manage office equipment, physical office space, handle equipment emergencies and oversee shipping and receiving. This position partners with office manager/security team to plan and implement safety drills on an ongoing basis and will autonomously work with outside contractors to fix equipment/office-related maintenance. The Facilities Coordinator may direct the work of other employees. Responsibilities Manage all shipping, receiving and delivery of USPS, FedEx, UPS packages for 3 office floors POC for Office Security and Employee Needs; Create& manage office/parking badges; Office temperature Autonomously order and maintain inventory of company office supplies Develop, manage and maintain vendor relationships and contacts Restock/maintain copy machines Set-up for special events/meetings Perform office maintenance/Construct office furniture, etc. Build & maintain tracking spreadsheets for Inventory Management Manage ordering office beverages, kitchen supplies, office supplies, etc. Other duties assigned.
