    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Server is responsible for servicing and anticipating each guests needs.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Bosselman has many benefits to offer you that you will not find anywhere else like:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid vacation</li>\n <li>401K and matching contributions</li>\n <li>Health, dental and vision insurance</li>\n <li>Short and long term disability insurance</li>\n <li>Life insurance</li>\n <li>A clearly defined path for growth</li>\n <li>On-demand pay with PayActiv (access to earned but not yet paid wages)</li>\n <li>And much more!</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Bosselman offers on-demand pay (access to earned but not yet paid wages) through:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong></strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Understands Steps of Service.</li>\n <li>Uses salesmanship to increase check averages.</li>\n <li>Checks id’s to determine guest’s legal age and upholds all state and local liquor laws (if applicable).</li>\n <li>Rings orders into POS system and communicates additional information to bartenders and cooks.</li>\n <li>Ensure proper cash, credit card, and gift card processing procedures.</li>\n <li>Meet company time standards for greeting guests, getting drink/food orders and processing payments.  </li>\n <li>Ensures all food and drinks are within company standards of quality and freshness.</li>\n <li>Observes and responds to guests.</li>\n <li>Handles guest comments in a professional manner and gets management when necessary.</li>\n <li>Clean as you go, clear plates and glasses throughout the meal (pre-bus).</li>\n <li>Follows food safety and general sanitation.</li>\n <li>Have a working knowledge of the food menu</li>\n <li>Have a working knowledge of all beverages offered. </li>\n <li>Refills beverages when necessary.</li>\n <li>Completes all daily, opening and closing side work.  Get checked out by management before leaving the building.</li>\n <li>Assists with Events as needed</li>\n <li>Provides friendly and competent customer service.</li>\n <li>Reports for work in a timely manner when scheduled.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><strong>Additional Job Duties:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assists with other duties, as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>This job has no supervisory responsibilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education and/or Experience (include certs or licenses needed):</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Restaurant, retail or guest service experience preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Able to work the POS system efficiently.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to listen to guests, respond verbally and interact with Team Members. </li>\n <li>Ability to assist with events, or willingness to be cross-trained.</li>\n <li>Ability to read, write and perform math skills.</li>\n <li>Must possess a positive, enthusiastic attitude.</li>\n <li>Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to change when required.</li>\n <li>Demonstrates excellent communication skills.</li>\n <li>Must be well groomed and follow the company uniform standard.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work holidays and weekends.</li>\n <li>Must have reliable transportation and phone.</li>\n <li>Must be able to communicate in English. – IF APPLICABLE</li>\n <li>Able and willing to deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service.</li>\n <li>Able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong>  The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the Server to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
