Our typical time frame for hires is approximately 6 months, but can vary based on our season/availability. Drivers must be able to work OT and weekends during our busy season. GREAT JOB FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS, RETIREES or anyone looking for a SUMMER JOB ! Seasonal employees are eligible for some benefits, 401k and employee discounts! (*waiting period applies). For each season an employee returns, they are eligible for: Paid Time Off Holiday Pay Up to $1,000 Return Bonus Some positions may turn into full-time, year-round positions. Come GROW with our company—we offer careers with room to expand—from CSRs to Managers, and beyond. We are seeking dynamic and responsible individuals who thrive in an outdoor setting and can operate single axle trucks. Our drivers are needed to transport landscape materials locally to customers and construction/landscape sites. We prefer experience driving but we will train you! Qualifications Must be 18 years old with a valid driver license and excellent driving record Basic computing knowledge Friendly, positive, and willing to be of service to others Able to quickly develop a working knowledge of Kurtz Bros., Inc. processes and products Good communication and listening skills Drive in compliance with all state and federal laws TAKE ROOT WITH THE KURTZ FAMILY & APPLY TODAY.
