This role is&#xa0;ideal for someone who deeply understands engineering workflows and Altium technologies and&#xa0;wants to help&#xa0;<strong>mid-market and small enterprise customers</strong>&#xa0;deploy and optimize the&#xa0;<strong>Altium Agile&#xa0;</strong><strong>Platform</strong>&#xa0;and related PLM capabilities.&#xa0;Rather than large enterprise transformations, this role focuses on practical, hands‑on&#xa0;implementation, configuration, and lightweight customization - helping customers adopt best&#xa0;practices, improve collaboration, and streamline their electronics design processes.&#xa0;You will partner closely with customers, Professional Services engineers, Sales, and Product teams&#xa0;to ensure successful deployments and ongoing adoption.</p><p><strong>A Day in the Life of an Agile Teams&#xa0;</strong><strong>Solution Architect</strong></p><p><strong>Solution Implementation &amp; Configuration</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in the deployment and configuration of the<strong>&#xa0;Altium Agile Platform</strong>&#xa0;for mid-market&#xa0;customers, including libraries, roles/permissions, data management, and design workflows.</li><li>Analyze customer engineering workflows and help translate them into practical system&#xa0;configurations.</li><li>Assist with lightweight PLM practices: lifecycles, revision schemes, BOM structure, and&#xa0;change processes.</li></ul><p><strong>Customer Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li>Work directly with customers to understand their environment, challenges, and priorities</li><li>Provide hands‑on guidance to engineering teams implementing Altium tools for the first time&#xa0;or scaling their use.</li></ul><p><strong>Product &amp; Ecosystem Expertise</strong></p><ul><li>Learn and maintain a strong working knowledge of Altium 365, Altium Designer,the Altium&#xa0;Agile Platform, and related integrations.</li><li>Help customers adopt new features, recommended practices, and updated workflows.</li></ul><p><strong>Technical Support &amp; Troubleshooting</strong></p><ul><li>Investigate workflow issues, configuration problems, or data structure inconsistencies.</li><li>Escalate complex technical matters to senior architects or R&amp;D when appropriate.</li></ul><p><strong>Project Delivery &amp; Documentation</strong></p><ul><li>Participate in the creation of mini‑SOWs or scoped implementation plans for team‑level&#xa0;customers.</li><li>Document configurations, templates, instructions, and repeatable best‑practice deployments.</li><li>Assist with data migration activities such as libraries, components, and project structures.</li></ul><p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li>Work with Professional Services engineers on integrations or advanced technical tasks.</li><li>Coordinate with Product and R&amp;D teams to communicate customer feedback and feature&#xa0;gaps.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p>The expected annual pay range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities.
