    "requisitionDescription": "<div><table border=\"1\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" data-pasted=\"true\"><tbody><tr><td style=\"width: 100%;\"><p>Job Summary:</p></td></tr><tr><td style=\"width: 100%;\"><p>This role will be contributing to all aspects related to inventory control, including local maintenance of the part numbering system and providing oversight and support to the inventory management processes for their location. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p></td></tr><tr><td style=\"width: 100%;\"><p>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</p></td></tr><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><ol><li>&nbsp;Administer the part number system in the ERP system to ensure consistency and accuracy of the metadata. &nbsp;Review all part numbers created by the branch and support creation process in special situations. &nbsp;Goal of description accuracy and prevention of part number duplication.<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Develops and implements procedures for ensuring that adequate inventory levels are available.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol start=\"3\"><li>Monitor slow-moving and obsolete inventory&nbsp;</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol start=\"4\"><li>Oversee the cycle count/physical inventory process. &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol start=\"5\"><li>Provide back up support to the branch for PO creation, as needed.<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Work with the IT department to upgrade Warehouse Management processes, including real time inventory levels, barcoding, RFID, etc.<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with branch operations to improve the inventory replenishment processes to meet customer expectations&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Implement Quality Control procedures, tracking, and reporting for all inventory issues &ndash; material quality, on-time shipments, shipment accuracy, freight damage, etc.&nbsp;</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol start=\"9\"><li>Supports Commitment process for sales related to expected demand by SKU by customer. &nbsp;PO/Warehousing Agreement policy for special/custom inventory items.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol start=\"10\"><li>Supports inventory samples at branches, ensuring accuracy and availability based on Sales &amp; Marketing efforts.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol start=\"11\"><li>Oversees Inventory Transfer process, supporting branches.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol start=\"12\"><li>Oversees Inventory Adjustment process, supporting branches.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol start=\"13\"><li>Other tasks as assigned</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><p><br>&nbsp;</p></td></tr><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><p>Education and/or Experience:</p></td></tr><tr><td style=\"width: 100%;\"><ul><li>Three years of related experience preferred.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of inventory management and replenishment processes&nbsp;</li><li>Working knowledge of ERP systems and related IT applications</li></ul></td></tr><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><p>Competencies:</p></td></tr><tr><td style=\"width: 100%;\"><ul><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skill</li><li>Ability to problem solve using a structured approach&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite and TEAMS/Sharepoint</li></ul></td></tr><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><p>Work Environment: &nbsp;<em>(The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
