Digital Marketing Intern

We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to assist in managing and growing the social media presence across multiple platforms for our 19 brands. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to create engaging content, manage calendars, monitor social media trends, and drive audience engagement. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in social media management for a multi-brand organization. This is a six-month internship for approximately 20 hours a week (Monday through Friday). This position is in-office. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content, including text, images, and video, for social media platforms. Calendar Development & Management: Develop and manage a comprehensive social media content calendar, aligning posts and campaigns with the company’s overall marketing goals and email marketing calendar. Platform Management: Help manage social media accounts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent posting and brand voice. Audience Engagement: Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and appropriately to audience interactions. Trend Research: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices, and bring fresh ideas to the team. Analytics & Reporting: Assist in tracking and reporting on social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improving engagement and reach. Campaign Support: Work with the marketing team to support executing social media campaigns, contests, and promotions. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Proficiency with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus. Creative mindset with strong communication and writing skills. Basic understanding of social media trends, analytics, and strategies for audience engagement.
